I have used Richard Allen for over fifteen years. I have always been extremely happy with his work. He is professional, courteous, and very pleasant. He takes his time and is very meticulous while working on the piano. I have referred him to many clients, and will continue to do so as well as having him maintain my own instrument. He is in my opinion one of the best around.

The music staff of Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Marietta, depends on the reliability of our pianos for both rehearsals and worship. Richard Allen has been tuning our church piano for years. He does a wonderful job taking care of them and keeping them in tip top shape so they can be used to worship our Lord! He is precise, punctual and dependable. He is a joy to work with and we have recommended him to many of our members for their home piano needs as well.
